The Council of Canadian Innovators is pleased to welcome Patrice Oliveira to our team as Manager of Member Development and Partnerships.
“At CCI the most powerful asset we have is our members — a national network of Canadian scale-up technology companies. As CCI has grown over the years, we’ve been working to provide a broader suite of services, events, and opportunities to connect to our national team of innovators,” said CCI President Benjamin Bergen. “Patrice will level-up our capacity to serve our members, and engage with the partners that help CCI deliver meaningful opportunities to connect and engage.”
Patrice’s work will focus on building CCI’s diverse and dynamic membership base and partnerships portfolio, ensuring impactful experiences for a broad representation of leaders who are at the forefront of driving innovation and economic growth in Canada.
With a background in professional services, Patrice brings extensive expertise to this role with a wide range of experience in project management, marketing, business development, and client relations.
“Canada is home to so many growing technology companies that are developing meaningful ideas. I’m thrilled to connect with our membership to create collaborations that deliver impactful experiences for our members and our partners,” Patrice Oliveira, CCI Manager of Member Development and Partnerships said.
Before joining the Canadian Council of Innovators, Patrice worked in public affairs and management consulting, serving clients in various industries including technology and innovation.
“In 2024 we’ve got big plans to serve CCI’s members, including our Capital Markets Summit next month, our annual CEO Summit in September, and our work expanding our footprint in Atlantic Canada,” said Sara Psenicka, CCI’s Director of Member Success and Partnerships. “I’ve already been impressed by Patrice’s ideas and her drive to support Canadian innovators, and I’m excited for what we can accomplish to support Canadian innovators.
Patrice remains involved with Queen’s University as an Alumni Branch Ambassador, and advisor to the Young Alumni Advisory Council. Patrice holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and government from Queen’s University.
