With over 30 years of experience, Neil adeptly bridges technical innovation with strategic business development. Under his guidance, Solace Power is actively collaborating with leading entities in the telecom and automotive industries to harness wireless power for practical, high-value applications.

Previously, Neil served as VP of Business Development at Verafin, a global leader in financial crime detection solutions, where he played a pivotal role in the company's exponential growth before its acquisition by Nasdaq for $2.75 billion USD. Prior to Verafin, he was the founder and CEO of ICAN, a software development company specializing in navigation and communication applications for the defense, maritime shipping, and surveillance markets. Neil's vision and leadership at ICAN culminated in the company's successful acquisition by Netherlands-based HITT Traffic.

Neil holds positions on several boards and is an active investor in numerous technology firms. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Systems from Memorial University.
