Kurtis McBride

Kurtis McBride is co-founder and CEO of Miovision, a Waterloo-based ICT company that provides the foundation for tomorrow’s smart cities by transforming the way traffic networks are managed today. Under Kurtis’s leadership, Miovision has provided the data and insights to improve traffic flow in more than 17,000 municipalities worldwide. In 2016, Kurtis co-founded Catalyst137 — a converted warehouse that will become the world's largest campus for burgeoning technology manufacturing and Internet of Things companies. Kurtis holds a master of engineering in systems design from the University of Waterloo.
