John Sinclair

John Sinclair is the chief executive of Novari Health, a digital healthcare software company with offices in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. John is a recognized subject matter expert on wait list management, referrals and central intake models for a variety of clinical services (surgery, mental health, medical imaging, cardiac, endoscopy, etc.). John’s healthcare leadership was nationally recognized in the Maclean’s 2023 Power List of the 100 Canadians Shaping the Country.

Under his leadership Novari has grown from a start up to one of Canada’s largest, trusted and fastest growing digital health companies with a blue chip list of hospital and health system clients. He and his leadership team have built a unique, subscription based, enterprise grade software as a service (SaaS) platform and an in-house multi-disciplinary implementation professional services team.

John is a Certified Professional in Health Information Management Systems (CPHIMS). He sits on a number of governing boards including the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC Health). He is a frequent and passionate speaker at global healthcare and healthcare technology conferences, guest university lecturer and media guest.

Based in Kingston Ontario, John divides his time between Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
